William attended law school at the University of Arkansas, where he was a member of the University's mock trial team and competed in the National Trial Competition. He served as President of the Board of Advocates and was voted Most Likely to Succeed in the Practice of Law by his classmates.
William worked as an Associate with an employment law firm in Memphis, Tennessee before finding his true calling in representing injured clients against insurance companies and large corporations.
William is experienced in personal injury and civil litigation. He has received large settlements and jury trial verdicts for his clients and has successfully handled appeals before the Arkansas Court of Appeals.

Ashleigh grew up in the River Valley area and graduated with Honors from Southside High School. She went to college at the University of Arkansas and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Honors College with a B.A. in Political Science.
Ashleigh attended the University of Arkansas School of Law and was a member of the school's mock trial team during her second and third years of law school. She competed in the National Trial Competition and was a member of the first all-female team to win First Place in the William H. Sutton Barristers' Union Trial Competition in Fayetteville.
Ashleigh began her career as an Associate with Leitner, William, Dooley, & Napolitan in Memphis, Tennessee and gained valuable trial experience in insurance litigation. She then began her career as a prosecutor. Ashleigh served as a Deputy Prosecutor with Sebastian County and handled the filing and prosecution of felony and misdemeanor crimes. She later joined the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Western District of Arkansas and primarily prosecuted crimes against children with the Project Safe Childhood Division.
Ashleigh is experienced in handling criminal and civil jury trials on both the state and federal level. She has also represented the United States in several appellate matters before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, including oral argument.
