We’re glad you asked.

Have a question not listed below? Contact us and we’ll respond as quickly as possible.

  • Nope! We do free consultations on all cases. That means you do not have to pay for us the first time we meet – either in person or over the phone- to discuss your case to determine if our representation is a good fit for you. We will take the time to talk with you about all the details of your case and you can then take time to decide if you would like to hire us.

  • We work injury cases on a contingency fee basis. That means you do not pay us anything upfront to represent you. You may have heard it described as “no win / no fee,” and that is what we do. We only get paid if you get paid and then our fee comes from a percentage of the settlement that you approve or the judgment that we obtain for you in court. If we successfully negotiate a settlement that you approve of and you are happy with before we ever even have to file a lawsuit, then our attorneys’ fees are one-third of your settlement. If you elect to file a lawsuit against the party who injured you, then our attorneys’ fees are forty percent of the funds we obtain for you in court or from any settlement you may reach prior to trial.

  • Personal injury cases include those with injuries stemming from all motor vehicle and motorcycle wrecks, wrongful death, pedestrians who are injured by vehicles, slip and falls, dog/animal attacks, assault/battery, sexual assault and rape, medical malpractice, and generally injuries that stem from the negligence of another person or entity.

  • Even if the insurance company is offering to pay your medical bills, they are probably not offering you the full amount of compensation you deserve. When you've been hurt, you should be fully compensated for every loss, and we know how to make you whole for the injuries you've suffered.

Also, insurance companies make things difficult for a reason. They want you to be feel frustrated, tired, and stressed about getting your car fixed and getting your medical bills paid so that they can wear you down to accepting less money on your claim. They make it hard for you to get a hold of your claims adjuster and, when you do, they give you the run-around or low-ball you on the value of your car and on the extent of your medical bills and injuries. We can help take that weight and stress off your shoulders so that you aren’t having to spend hours on the phone with insurance adjusters, medical billing agents, health insurance and Medicare/Medicaid offices, etc. just to bring together all the different parts of resolving your injury claim. We like helping people and taking care of everything for them so that they can go on about their normal routines.

  • You aren’t alone! We hear that a lot when people call our office. They are surprised when we tell them that most injury claims never go to court and we are able to negotiate fair settlements that our clients approve of without ever having to file a lawsuit. Even if we file a lawsuit, oftentimes we still are able to get a better settlement at that point without going to trial. You get to make all decisions concerning your case and we are merely here to advise you and explain all possible outcomes and scenarios to help you make your decisions. If your season of life just doesn’t allow for time to deal with being involved in a lawsuit, that’s fair and understandable. When the insurance company is being very unreasonable, we always explain the full process of what going to court looks like and the potential likelihood of doing better at trial. We give our clients the information, time, and space to make well-informed decisions on what is best for them and their families. You don’t have to go to court, but we are always ready to fight for you at every step in whatever way you decide.

  • Visit our What to Expect Page to learn more about what happens after you hire us as your attorneys.

  • Yes! We do general civil litigation cases, as well. This primarily includes breach of contract disputes involving construction and remodel projects. We also handle a wide-variety of real estate disputes.

  • We do not do family law cases (such as divorce custody and child support), estate planning with wills and trusts, bankruptcy, landlord/tenant, social security, or labor & employment. We can refer you to attorneys we trust that practice in these areas of the law.

Don’t leave your case to chance.

We’ll be on your side every step of the way.
